The staff at Hendy Car Store Exeter were good because they were friendly and helpful. We knew the car we wanted so we really only looked at that one. One thing I would have liked and I realise this is quite tricky as you sell lots of different makes of cars, but a bit more knowledge of the actual car we were purchasing would have been very helpful. I felt that we drove away only knowing the basics. Overall very happy though.

Hendy Car Store Exeter were fantastic because they spent a lot of time with us as I was originally looking at a van but decided that it wasn’t for me & took a completely different approach on a Bmw X5 so needed more time with the salesman Owen who was very helpful & patient & nothing was too much trouble.
He took us out for a test drive & even took us to an off street car park so the wife could get used to an automatic.
He made the sale as smoothly as possible by arranging the insurance to drive home & the road tax also fuelled the vehicle & us with coffee!
