The experience at HE Hall Ltd was fantastic because the salesman told us everything we needed to know about the car and had a lot of knowledge about BMWs. We were offered the opportunity to test drive the car to get a feel for it before making our decision to purchase it. They also agreed on a very good price and made sure we were happy with the car, the warranty and the 12 month RAC breakdown cover before we drove away. Excellent customer service and friendly, approachable staff throughout our time there.
