Group 1 North West London Jaguar were helpful because Nic was excellent throughout the sale and was great at communication and helping me through the process. You have a great asset in Nic as he was very professional and was a pleasure to deal with. My vehicle has a couple of small issues that I need to visit jaguar Edinburgh to fix, such as the wiper blade at the rear is split, the front two blades smear the screen and bounce across and the GDPR was not cleared from the entertainment. As such, when I cleared the data, it has wiped the sat nav and now requires reprogrammed. I also opened the boot this evening and attempted to lift the floor up using the handle but it is broken. Hopefully these can all be resolved easily at JLR Edinburgh. Thank you
