I'd recommend Group 1 Kia Maidstone to a friend because the car we got the car we wanted at a competitive price prepared and ready to collect in a timely manner

The experience at Group 1 Kia Maidstone was fantastic because the sales advisor was knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable in asking any questions

I would not recommend Group 1 Kia Maidstone because presentation of vehicle was unsatisfactory as still dirty and not valeted inside. Still rubbish from previous owner. Refused to take car due to the damage to the inside of windscreen and passenger window which they knew about but happy to hide from me!
This is the third time dealing with Group 1 dealerships and will be avoiding in the future due to them unable to provide any kind of service to their customers and quality of their used cars. I have also been left yet again waiting over a week now with no refund of deposit.
