Group 1 Assured Billericay were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the vehicles on display were prepared to a very good standard. The salesperson(s) were very amenable with regards to test drive and providing additional information. The 3 year optional warranty offered is an added level of security when purchasing a used vehicle.

I would recommend Group 1 Assured Billericay to friends and family because they were great at dealing with my purchase. However, unfortunately the communication between the sale and collecting the vehicle wasn't great. I had to telephone several times, without response to find out when the vehicle would be ready.

I made the right choice choosing my new car from Group 1 Assured in Billericay, everything was straight forward and the showroom was first class. Attention to detail on presenting a quality car was fantastic and I feel they went that extra mile in ensuring everything was right before leaving the forecourt. I opted for the extended warranty on my vehicle which is a must for peace of mind when purchasing a quality car. I will certainly be using Group 1 to maintain my car in the future too. 5 Star service!
