The experience at Group 1 Volkswagen Lowestoft was good because the vehicle I called to see had been sold but Marcus Broad and Martin Demark were exceptionally helpful in finding another vehicle and without them you would not have had a sale.

I placed a deposit on the vehicle on Sunday evening, Luke sent me a video walk around at 7:55am the next morning, I asked for details of the tyres and he showed another video with the details.

We went through the details and Luke offered to deliver the vehicle as it was too far for me to travel.

I cannot thank Luke enough for the level of service, he went above and beyond. He is a genuine credit to the dealership and VW

The staff at Group 1 Volkswagen Lowestoft were good because they prepared the vehicle to drive away the same day. They were great with my children and found them some colouring to do. They were very accommodating while we waited for the vehicle to be ready.
