I'd recommend Group 1 Southend Land Rover to a friend because the overall service is amazing

Since receiving my vehicle I have noticed things like the bottom of my drivers side door not shutting flush, the pan roof is quite heavily scratched/damaged and there is a scuffed wheel (which I raised on a video to my salesperson, who simply told me they "couldn't see anything".) I have this in text form if anyone would like to see it. None of the issues I have noted were raised or documented to me in any way, which is quite appalling considering I expect a brand such as yourselves to be checking the vehicles better. I look forward to hearing how you plan on rectifying this.
