I'd definitely recommend Group 1 Skoda Southend to friends and family because they were extremely patient and didn't rush or pressurise me into a sale. Every question I asked (some 2 or 3, or more times) was answered clearly and I was shown how to use the techy side of the vehicle (twice!). The MOT and servicing were included and apparently I will be contacted when they are due, which saves me having to remember dates, which is great as I have a very busy work schedule.
