My experience at Group 1 Ford Newbury was very positive. I dealt with John through out the sale. What a pleasant man, he went above and beyond to get my van ready for the only day I could pick up. Even drove to Birmingham to source tires so the van was in brand shape. Nice touch was contacting me to see if I was able to pick my kids up in time as i had a couple hr drive back.
