He was very patient and courteous. We took up his entire lunch time during handover, and he went the extra mile of showing us the special features of the car for another 30 minutes. The overall after-sale service is also superb, as we got the V5 less than a week after we got the car, that's impressive ! We went out on a limb to travel 80 miles from Birmingham to Bedford to get this car, and we never regret it ! I would defintely recommend my friends to visit Barons BMW Bedford.
