I'd endorse Greenland Cars because the whole process from beginning to end was very smooth, very straightforward, came down to see the car, was in great condition throughout, loved it, took it for a test drive and the handover was simple and easy, exactly how simple and straightforward it should be to buying a vehicle.

Greenland Cars were really helpful and I'd recommend them because Shaq addressed all my concerns in a professional and polite manner. I really did put him through the wringer with my questions and doubts. The service I recieved never wavered. I chose to go to Sheffield to pick it up and even though I’m glad I did, I really needn’t have worried. I would absolutely recommend Greenland Cars to anyone looking for a high-quality vehicle backed by genuinely excellent service. I had a choice between two cars – one from another dealer and one from Greenland Cars. Despite travelling 50 miles to see the other vehicle, that company wouldn’t even allow a test drive, which was really disappointing. In contrast, Greenland Cars were the complete opposite – they were welcoming, professional, and totally focused on the customer experience.

What really stood out was their aftersales service. There was a minor issue (not their fault or mine), and they resolved it quickly and professionally, far better than what I’ve experienced at some main dealers. Their team was honest, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with everything. I’d definitely buy from Greenland Cars again and recommend to family and friends.

Paid a deposit to hold the vehicle as it was a 6 hour drive to get there. On arrival the car was clean and parked at the front ready for viewing. We were left to look around the vehicle at our own leisure and there was no pressure. We took the vehicle out for a test drive and again, we were not rushed and offered to drive further to check we were happy with the vehicle. The set up of the business was very professional, even small things like the company folder to contain the paperwork was a nice touch. Kam was friendly and genuine, no pushy sales tactics and was happy to answer any questions. I would definitely drive the 11 hour round trip to buy another vehicle from this dealer.
