I had a great experience at GMG Boston because we're shown a much better car than we originally went for and Lee was extremely helpful
My experience at GMG Boston could have been better because, I think the car preparation could be a lot better, My car had developed on the way home after collecting the car. I have spoken to the service team and booked the car in for inspection for the faults, they have took no regard of my trackback to the dealership, it’s a 168 miles round trip. They have offered a courtesy car, but they want the car returned back the next day irrespective if my car has been repaired. This means other trip to the dealership for the car to be repaired, possibly at my own expense.
I'd recommend GMG Boston because of the professionalism & friendly nature of their sales staff & of course the many quality aspects of their second hand vehicle stock
The experience at GMG Boston was good because very helpful the manager did get the valeters to do vehicle as soon as relized it had not been done thankyou
I was happy with how the sale went, my only criticism was the valet of the car was below par.
There was also a couple of trim parts missing and 3 service items not completed and constantly being notified on the screen which was obviously not picked up during the MOT or the hand over checks.
GMG Boston were really helpful and I'd recommend them because john was a great person to deal with
