Furrows of Shrewsbury Kia were brilliant with everything from the beginning. The car dealer Lou was fabulous; kept me up to date with the progress, she also explained everything clearly and happy to help with any questions.

The salesperson, Louise Roberts, was particularly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A follow-up question about Kia Charge Plus was dealt with quickly and effectively by another member of staff.
