My experience at Furrows of Shrewsbury Kia was positive because William was kind and caring, I’ve never driven an automatic before my only negative comment would be I wish I have done a drive around before I left the garage. My friend Paul has shown me how to drive the car but William was amazing thank you.

I had a great experience at Furrows of Shrewsbury Kia because the sales representative made the process very easy. My experience, however, when there was an issue with the car was less than satisfactory - the response was very much 'There cant possibly be anything wrong'. Please get the person who conveyed that impression to me to speak to the unfortunate driver who collected the car to see what he thought about the noise coming from the back of the car!
