I had a very different experience with a different male member of your sales team - David Holt - and I very nearly didn't buy a car from Furrows because of his approach. He denied that there's an issue with Ford Focus cars needing wet belt work - to the point of almost denying that wet belts exist. I got the impression he was like this with me as I'm female. Even when I told him I'd checked with a friend of mine who owns his own garage about the wet belt issue, he still pretended it was a non-issue. He also kept trying to upsell and suggest cars beyond my set budget. I asked David to keep me informed when a car matching my budget came in as I was keen to buy - I had one email from him and then he gave up.
If your sales team work on commission, I'm really glad my commission is going to Wayne. I can't recommend him highly enough.
