I would recommend Frosts Cars Shoreham by Sea to friends and family because it had such a great selections of cars. I was looking for a specific colour and type of Fiat 500 and this dealer had the one I wanted. I had a car to part exchange and they offered me a great price. Dino was so friendly and helpful through out the whole process and I felt happy and confident with my purchase. They also got in contact a couple of days after to see how I was getting on, great service! Thank you
Frosts Cars Shoreham by Sea were fantastic because this was a big step for me and Steve made everything easy and with no pressure.
I would not recommend Frosts Cars Shoreham by Sea because I felt pressured during the buying process. There was a slight hold up on my side with my money being processed and they weren’t prepared to wait a couple more days at first to hold car for me. Then they relented after causing me stress implying I would lose the sale. I had proof the money was being transferred! Then when I went to pick the car up there was a scratch on the rear passenger side door that wasn’t there at point of sale. I pointed it out only to be told there was nothing they could do about it. Adding that they could return my money if I’d changed my mind.
Their excuse for scratch was that it was because they had to keep hold of the car for me waiting for my money to come through! I have since taken the car to a paint repair shop to be informed it will cost over £400 to be blended in. This experience was not what I expected from Frosts. In my opinion, they should have sorted the scratch out or reduced the price I paid to enable me to have the work done myself.
I'd recommend Frosts Cars Shoreham by Sea because their sales personnel are first class in ensuring you obtain the correct services for you vehicle. Definitely will return to Frost for another vehicle at some point. Thank you to Dino for his excellent sales professionalism.
