FJ Chalke Kia Yeovil

I would not recommend FJ Chalke Kia Yeovil because although you get the impression of a caring service, after they have your money the promised follow up telephone call has never happened ( 4 weeks now and still waiting). After three weeks had to chase up non receipt of V5C form. Two telephone calls and one online conversation were not replied to, just a short text message advising it would be looked into. Two days later the V5C was received from DVLA. Would suggest talking to your customers might be a good idea.

FJ Chalke Kia Yeovil were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the sales person was brilliant. But this survey has come before we have got the car as not yet arrived
