I would not recommend EMG Thetford because I felt that they were more sales driven than customer satisfaction driven. My experience on the pick up day was quite harrowing and need not have been.
EMG Thetford were fantastic because they were very friendly, professional and the car was excellent in terms of presentation

Lee and John were very Friendly ,professional and understanding of entire issue

I'd definitely recommend EMG Thetford because they were very helpful and I was not sure of the car I wanted, Paul their sales rep, he did not push a sale and gave me time to look. When I saw the car I wanted at another EMG site he was very helpful in obtaining it for me. After I had got the car he phoned an check that I was all ok with car. I would highly recommend Paul and the company.

EMG Thetford were great because they offered us a drink as soon as we walked in the showroom, I recommend the cappuccino, everyone we had contact with, were very helpful
