The experience at EMG Mazda Boston was good because the service I received from Ben Mockridge was exceptional. Initially there was a misunderstanding about buying the pre-registered car, but that was resolved to my satisfaction. The service from Ben was faultless and I would certainly deal with him again. I travelled from Scotland to buy the car and the communication and and support I got from Ben was first-class. He even offered to come in on his day off when I was collecting the car, but we agreed on a date when he was at the dealership. Thank you Ben! A real example of excellence in customer service and commitment.

My experience at EMG Mazda Boston was positive because there was no pushy sales talk.
I test drove 2 different cars and was given explanations about both.
I was there quite a while choosing what I wanted but wasn't made to feel rushed or anything.
Great price given for my car in part exchange.
All paperwork and add ons explained of which I took full advantage of.
All in all great customer service from a great lteam..nothing was too much trouble..highly recommend
