EMG Kia Thetford were helpful because nothing was too much trouble, everyone was friendly, professional and attentive. Our sales man Eric Chung made the purchasing experience very relaxed and enjoyable and was very knowledgeable about the car going through and showing how the various parts of the car worked. All in all we had a very good experience and would not hesitate to recommend EMG to family and friends.

The staff at EMG Kia Thetford were good because they listened, John Pratt was exactly the sales person you’d like to deal with. I bought a used ioniq 5, on arrival I was pleasantly greeted and offered a drink. The car was perfect other than a couple of small scratches. As I live over a 140 miles away they offered to have a paint repair shop/mobile technician carry the work out at my place of work. (Not completed yet but expecting good results)
