EMG Kia Kings Lynn

I would not recommend EMG Kia Kings Lynn because no factory reset is done on vehicles. I managed to sort everything out myself but never heard back from my sales guy. Feels all very off.

The sales team was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and accountable when we visited to view the vehicle. They explained the vehicle features, warranty details, and all necessary checks thoroughly, which gave us confidence to proceed and pay the deposit.

The vehicle was ready for collection within a few days, and the entire handover process was smooth. All paperwork was completed on time, making the experience seamless and hassle-free.

The only suggestion I would make is that it would have been helpful to be informed in advance that one of the assured car benefits would not be included due to the slight price negotiation.

Overall, it was a very positive vehicle purchase experience, and I would highly recommend the team.
