The experience at EMG Kia Ely was fantastic because from my phone enquiry to driving away the service could not have been better. I was able to test drive the car, have questions answered and they arranged a swift pick up following purchase. Aaron was really clear with all information and super responsive on email.

EMG Kia Ely were great because I had crest pre sale service but the after sale service wasn’t great. Still waiting for reply’s to 3 E Msils.
I would not recommend EMG Kia Ely because of the hard sell of many insurance policies. I was not interested in almost all of the policies but I felt pressured in to buying them.
