My experience at EMG Kia Cambridge was positive because I felt the staff went out above the call of duty to make the whole experience positive for me and my family. This started on my first phone call, where the sales team, were able to talk to me at length about the details associated with the car. This was then followed up with a personal video, which showed me around both the inside and outside of the car. The next stage in this process involved being sent an email and a WhatsApp message ensuring that i received all of the details and to let me have an avenue if i had any questions. After making an appointment to come and see the car, the sale Rep made me hot drinks, took me to the car, we took it out for a test drive, and after this went through all of the additional extras that were available to me. I also felt it was really good to receive a phone call a few days later to discuss how the car was, and again invite me to raise any questions or concerns.

I would not recommend EMG Kia Cambridge because I enjoyed my shopping experience, was very pleased with my purchase but the 'aftercare' has been poor on more than one occasion.
This survey should include 2 sections - 1 set of questions for purchasing the vehicle and 1 for aftercare!

Just had a very pleasant experience part exchanging my car last time and this time. Dealership was very accommodating with my toddler being present and we're happy for me to install a car seat so the 3 of us could be in the car for the test drive
Very pleased with the Sportage fits the needs of the expanding family perfectly. I said this last time and it remains true I have had a better experience with Kia Emg compared to other dealerships
