The experience at EMG Haverhill was good because Paul was great to deal with throughout. He kept me informed all the way and delivered on everything he promised to either check or carry out.
I'd definitely recommend EMG Haverhill because Paul freeman is very helpful salesperson, very pleased with our new car
My experience at EMG Haverhill was cracking because there was no high pressure sales, the car was fine and the price was good. Nicky also kept us fully informed at all stages of the purchase and collection.
Site could benefit from more customer parking though!
The experience at EMG Haverhill was good because the staff are always friendly and helpful, nothing is to much trouble, when you ask them questions, they always answer in ways it's easy for you to understand. Have been using EMG for the last 24 years and never had a bad experience. Paul Freeman and Sam Jones are always there to help and guide you when purchasing your car, this is the second Kia Sportage I've bought from them, the last one was new, this one is a used 6 month old one, but in brand new condition. I was not offered an extended warranty, because the Kia has a 7 year manufacturers warranty, and I normally change the car well before that runs out. EMG Haverhill is a great dealership with great staff.
I'd endorse EMG Haverhill because the staff I met took their time to understand my circumstances. I was not pressured into buying a used car, despite the reason for my looking to purchase was the effect of my 17yr old car failing its MOT badly.
I was pleased with EMG Haverhill and would recommend them because it was a easy process.
