My experience at EMG Haverhill was positive because Paul, who I dealt with was extremely helpful, he was not at any point pushy and explained everything in a clear and detailed manner. The vehicles on site were presented well and you are encouraged to look at vehicles or the vehicle you want on your own. EmG Haverhills own expectations and standards are really reassuring, they did not let a vehicle go without them carrying out their own health checks and carrying out remedial works where necessary. From having dealt with two extremely difficult and unhelpful dealerships this experience left me feeling reassured.
