I'd recommend EMG Ely to anyone because the sales people i spoke to were all so friendly and helpful. Any questions I had were answered and I felt as though they took time and care to ensure I was happy with all aspects of my new car. Both Matthews and Michael seemed to genuinely care about customer service and had real enthusiasm for the different models of car and all their various features.
The experience at EMG Ely was fantastic because the service offered was friendly polite ,fair,but my engine bay wad thilthy ,leaves and dust and dirt over the engine,very poor and should have been checked before i drove away,i took it elsewhere to clean engine bay,never bought a car so dirty like this before,
