The experience at EMG BYD Bury St Edmunds was fantastic because at first viewing and test drive of the car it had recently arrived on the forecourt, had not been cleaned and was a bit grimy. Craig assured be their valet team would take take care of it and would ensure a new battery was fitted. All was taken care of by the time I took ownership of the car and i have been very satisfied with it. Thank you Craig.

I'd suggest EMG BYD Bury St Edmunds to a friend because they treat you well and have the knowledge to give you all the answers you need. Sales guy very knowledgeable and pleased with my purchase. Just think the valet could have been better but of course this was out of the hands of the sales guy who was brilliant.
