I'd definitely recommend EMG BYD Bury St Edmunds to friends and family because we were welcomed by a friendly, very well-informed member of the team, Chris Woods. We are rather ignorant about cars and after listening carefully to our requirements, he showed us appropriate cars. We soon found the most suitable and he explained all the different aspects of the car, in detail. He also carefully went through all the insurance policies on offer. He could not do enough to help us. What a thoughtful, caring person!

I was happy with the service at EMG BYD Bury St Edmunds because the salesman,Craig Woodward was very welcoming and new everything about the vehicle. He was friendly without being too pushy and when I had any queries between agreeing the sale and collecting the car he responded very swiftly. I had visited other garages prior to EMG on the same day and the sales staff were nowhere near as helpful

Staff and site were lovely, on collection day the car looked fantastic! However the experience has been tainted by the car breaking down the following day, they are working hard to resolve and have provided a courtesy car in the mean time.
