I was happy with the service at EMG BYD Bury St Edmunds because they where very attentive
I would not recommend EMG BYD Bury St Edmunds because I am writing to express my disappointment and concerns about the Mercedes-Benz C220d AMG Line that I purchased from your dealership.
When I bought the car, I explained that I did not have much experience with cars and was relying on your professional advice. I trusted your team when you told me that the car was very good, and I felt confident purchasing it based on what I was told.
However, since buying the car, I have started experiencing several problems and concerns. This has left me disappointed and worried, especially because I purchased the vehicle in good faith and expected it to be reliable.
I use my car for work as a taxi driver, so reliability and safety are extremely important to me. Any unexpected problems can affect my work, income and peace of mind.
I understand that used cars can sometimes develop issues, but I feel let down because I placed my trust in your dealership and expected the car to be in the condition described to me.
I would appreciate it if you could take my concerns seriously and discuss how we can resolve this matter fairly. I would like your team to look into the problems I have experienced and explain what support you can offer.
I hope we can resolve this professionally and amicably. I look forward to hearing from you soon
