My experience at Drayton Motors Kia Scunthorpe could have been better because we took an offer to protect the paintwork of the car,paid £200 and received the certificate only to find when we returned home that nothing had been touched. Contacted Draytons who, after an inspection, agreed with us that it hadn’t been touched! My wife talked me out of contacting trading standards to test the car if it had been done or not. Really disappointed with all of it.

Drayton Motors Kia Scunthorpe were OK - the car had a fairly serious fault on collection which really should have been picked up prior. I was kept waiting at handover so another person took over after waiting 15 minutes. The screen was replaced however and corrected the fault so that was good however I did have to make probably 4 visits to the site and waiting around for over an hour for an update I was told should only take 10-15 minutes. Not really what I expected from a used car which only had 12K miles on it but overall it was dealt with quickly.
