Destination Triumph Washington were great because from the start of entering the premises you were made to feel welcome. There was no pressure at all from the sales guys and were allowed to browse freely.
I did purchase a bike on that day and the whole process was completely enjoyable and informative. You were made to feel relaxed and comfortable and a coffee was made for you. Again no pressure or hard sell quite the opposite!! Will definitely return in years to come! Exceptional service from exceptional people. Well done!
My experience at Destination Triumph Washington was cracking because of Luke he was very professional and sorted out all of my issues the first bike I got was awful it knocked and banged and was a very bad experience but Luke got it picked up and left me another one to use I told him I didn’t trust the bike anymore and he was able to convince the boss there to let me swap it for another one as the boss said he couldn’t give me back all of the cost I only had it an hour I don’t believe it was serviced as it had only done 4 miles and I think it was for the mot I said if he wasn’t going to give me all the money I would go to the omnibus man I left several messages for Luke which he didn’t get it’s only because of Luke I brought my new one from you he is a brilliant person to front you’re business and as far as I could see the only one that did anything
I'd recommend Destination Triumph Washington to anyone because the experience was great, sales person was not pushy and was very knowledgable. Made the whole experience of becoming a motorbike owner again very pleasurable - test ride was great and lived the fact they let me just think about it when I got back while looking at the bike without jumping on me. Great experience and a great dealership. Would recommend
