The reason I have given a five star rating is because from the first moment of ringing to enquire about the vehicle and place a deposit, the whole process was seamless. Mark Wilman kept me updated with the progress of the vehicle throughout the duration before the handover. Mark made sure every imperfection was sorted out before the handover.
During the day of collection, Mark made sure I understood everything as part of the handover process, and we then took a look around the car before I set off on my journey home. It didn’t stop there—I received a phone call a week later from Jen to check in on the new purchase and to make sure I didn’t have any questions. In addition, I have emailed Mark a couple of times and I have to say his response time was great and gave clarity to my questions. Many thanks to Mark and the team at Crewe Audi!
