Crewe Audi staff were good because they were courteous and friendly. The marketing of the cars by the garage needs to be reviewed as the car I bought was advertised at 4800 miles and had actually done 9200. The car was not available when advertised and took a time (nearly a week), before I could see it. The deal I ended up with, did make some adjustments to reflect this.

Unfortunately my car broke down the day I collected it, however the issues have been dealt with swiftly and professionally very quickly, the vehicle was then returned to me promptly, I couldn’t fault the service really.
