I was happy with the service at Citygate Watford because everything was made easy and done with a smile. Helpful, made life easy on purchasing a vehichle.

My experience at Citygate Watford could have been better because engine management light came on when driving car to home from your showroom and also you should deliver the car for free.

I was happy with the service from citygate however I was disappointed that the parking sensors I had paid extra to have added were not fitted to the car. apparently there was an issue in the workshop and this wasnt done and we had to return the car for this to be fixed.

I'd endorse Citygate Watford because of the helpfulness of Paris, the quality of the vehicle and the overall purchasing experience.
