My experience at Charles Hurst Maserati Belfast was great from the first contact. A wide range of brands and models were available to view (and test drive) and the specifications and details were explained very thoroughly. The enjoyment of the purchase was almost spoiled initially by missing documentation delaying the handover. However Julian kept in close touch and did all he could to limit inconvenience and in facilitating my requirements.

I'd endorse Charles Hurst Maserati Belfast because my experience so far is very positive. i have been well treated by staff at the showroom and have no complaints.
However - time will tell with regard to after sales.My experience of Charles Hurst Jaguar is not all positive. a few years ago I bought a new XJ Jaguar from Charles Hurst and for the first 2 years everything was fine and I really loved my car but the car started having gearbox problems (locking in park) and although i was given a courtesy car on each occasion (which were many) I felt I really wasn't being taken seriously enough. when the car was only a few days out of warranty the problem re occurred (having recently been in your garage with the same problem) and although they got me mobile again, I wasn't offered a courtesy car in the meantime and I was quite offended by this as I had been extremely patient throughout the previous year. Hurst Jaguar lost me as a customer and I had decide to have no more dealings with Charles Hurst - I am back again and will see how things go this time.
