I had a great experience at Carlisle Audi because they were easy to deal with and kept me updated
My experience at Carlisle Audi was cracking becaus. I dealt with a salesman called Phil and he was excellent to deal with and i’m over the moon with the car.
I’d definitely recommend Carlisle Audi to friends and family because the service I received from Nathan was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process, keeping me informed and making everything straightforward and stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made the experience a genuinely positive one. I’m delighted with the service I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nathan and the team at Carlisle Audi to anyone looking to buy an Audi.
Happy to recommend Carlisle Audi - we bought a used approved Audi Q5 hybrid. It was all straightforward, they were fair regarding a slightly more complicated trade in, and we were well looked after by Dan.
I'd recommend Carlisle Audi to a friend because Phil Robinson who I dealt with for a second time is first class.
Thank you for your lovely review and recommendation! We're delighted Phil Robinson provided you with another first-class experience at Carlisle Audi. We'll be sure to pass on your kind words to him!

I'd definitely recommend Carlisle Audi to my family, friends and colleagues. From our initial enquiry right through to aftersale follow up, all communications have been very warm, sincere, friendly, relaxed and informative. At no point at all did my husband or I feel any pressure from the sales team. Dan Telfer made the whole process of buying my car as pain free as possible and I was incredibly impressed with his patience and professionalism - Thank you Dan!
