Constructive Feedback
• Timing of Add-ons: I suggest introducing extra insurance items and "bolt-on" products toward the end of the negotiation rather than at the start. Leading with these extras can make the initial quote feel uncompetitive and may overwhelm a buyer before the core deal is settled.
• Internal Communication: There seems to be a disconnect between the sales floor and the parts department. I was informed by the Sales Manager that mud flaps were unavailable for my vehicle, yet I later received an automated email from the stores department asking if I wanted to purchase them.
The Bottom Line:
While the cars are excellent, improving internal communication and refining the sales flow would ensure a more seamless, professional experience that aligns with customer expectations.
