I'd definitely recommend Carlisle Audi because everything went as I hoped from choosing my car to explaining the different changes from my previous car and driving away the sales person was very efficient and nothing was any trouble
My experience at Carlisle Audi was positive because Tom Suess, the Sales Executive did an excellent job in ensuring the purchase of my car ran smoothly.
I had a very poor experience with another Audi dealership in recent weeks and so I was wary from the outset especially as I live three hours and 140 miles away.
However, I needn’t have been concerned, Tom gave me confidence from our first chat that he was the sort of person I could trust. Everything he said he would do, he did. He kept in regular contact with me throughout and did his best to accommodate all my needs.
He did an excellent job and I would have no hesitation in recommending him and Audi in Carlisle.
