Carbase Weston Super Mare were great because they had the car I wanted, they called me back when it became available and explained the Reservation system. They were flexible with me getting in to see the car as I live on the other side of the country. Tom along with Andrew were excellent in explaining the full buying process and ensuring that they complied with all the FCA sales process requirements. I'd definitely recommend Vanbase Bristol to a friend because I have bought a good vehicle from them and I very pleased with it - BUT - on my initial visit to look at the vehicle after looking around it and taking it for a test drive when i came back and said i wanted t buy the pickup I was told that someone else had put a deposit on it ! I am appalled that some one else can put a deposit on the vehicle while I was test driving it. So I left the depot very unhappy. As it happened the other party didn't buy the vehicle and I was able to buy it later that day but this seems a very unprofessional process. Other than this insisdence I was impressed with Vanbase.
