I was pleased with Carbase Weston Super Mare and would recommend them because they looked after me well, were efficient and Neil explained everything well. Two caveats however: a) the car was on for around £16500, but the night before my test drive (and they knew I was coming from one hour away) the price was raised to around £17100; I would have walked away irrespective of the car at that point re: sharp practice, but Neil, knowing that, requested that the director responsible lowered the price to what it was the day before, which he, apparently reluctantly, agreed to do. b) Time was short on both the test drive appointment and the pick up appointment and, although i had asked for it, the piece of paper with written assurance that the forecourt funding would be lifted in a fortnight after purchase, was forgotten about. So far so good though. I am reasonably happy with the outcome and am glad I bought the car from a professional garage with a good aftercare package.

Carbase Weston Super Mare were fantastic because they have a great range of cars at fantastic prices.
Neil came with me on a test drive as i was nervous having never driven an automatic.
Neil put my fears at ease and was very helpful explaining everything .
Back at Carbase Neil was proffesional answering all of my questions and explaining finanance deals , also warrenty offers.
He got me a good price for my trade in car and i took up the extra 6 month warrenty.
Well done Neil, you worked above and beyond with your Sales teqnique and kindness shown.
Any freinds or family looking to buy a car in the future then i will certainly be sending them your way.

I would not recommend Carbase Weston Super Mare because.
Absolutely shocking after sales service. Just fobbed off with so called call backs which never happen.

My experience at Carbase Weston Super Mare was positive because I didn't feel pushed or pressured into buying anything I didn't want. Everything was explained clearly and with patience. A much better experience than what I've had in the past with a different dealership.

I would not recommend Carbase Weston Super Mare because I was told to come in on the Friday to pick my car up no one knew I was coming in an the car was not cleaned inside an the outside was just jetwashed over so not even done properly
