I would not recommend Carbase Lympsham because they did not have the V5 paperwork and expected me to travel to a post office to resolve their error (they made a comment that this is common). They did not have the second key as advertised. They appear not to have inspected the mechanical condition of vehicles as there was evidence of water in the oil (possible head gasket failure). They push expensive finance and extended warranties.
We apologise for any inconvenience and disappointment caused by the V5 paperwork and missing second key. We take all feedback seriously and will use this as an opportunity to improve our processes and ensure a better experience for future customers.
