I have also worked in a service provider company, and I know that after selling a product, service is very important. When someone buys something, it’s not just about that moment—if the after-sales service is good, the customer gives recommendations.
Even two people had advised me not to go with Carbase, saying their experience wasn’t good. But I trusted them because I thought it was a big brand. However, after the sale, I even sent an email and got no response.
So it feels like the company performs well in the short term, but not in the long term.
My issues are not even major. For small problems, I’m being made to struggle a lot, and it feels like I’m being ignored. It feels like they just sell something like scrap and then ignore the customer afterward.

My experience at Carbase Bristol was positive because of great cars deals. It is not perfect, but it saves a lot of shopping around. The after sale service could be improved. I was expecting the car to be deep cleaned given that I paid an extra £399 for a refresh to the upholstery and the body work. The car was originally quite dirty when I tried it. It was wiped down before the handover, but still not quite clean. There was also a brief moment of communication breakdown whilst waiting for the finance on the car to be cleared, yet it was resolved a few days later. I hope I remember that the next time I buy a car from Carbase. They know what they are doing, so I would certainly recommend them
