Jamie from Barnsley and Denise from delivery support have both been in contact with me since delivery of my vehicle. Both members of staff have been pleasant and very approachable. I have felt very accommodated and the handling of my purchase has been exceptional by both members. Jamie kept in contact with me and she did not say she would do something without following this up. Upon delivery of my car I noticed a small issue that she was was more than accommodating and happy to rectify. I was then passed to Denise from delivery support who has equally been as accommodating and kept in touch with me throughout to resolve small issues. Both women have been honest and helpful and apologetic when discussing the issues I reported. I feel they have been truthful and respectful. They are a credit to the car buying/selling industry and the whole process has been a pleasure so far. I am hopeful the small issues will be resolved once my car has been reviewed by the local garage as arranged by Denise. Thanks you to you all

Very helpful salesman, Lewis is very good at his job and made the sale run smoothly! Shame there were no car mats in the vehicle which I found odd in a car that i has only 14000 miles on the clock??
