I would not recommend CarSupermarket.com Stoke because since deciding on a vehicle that was based in Kingston upon hull i had a fairly good experience with the team up there and agreed a collection dateand for the vehicle to be transfered down to stoke. I was unable to sign fiance documents on ine due to a technical issue so I arranged to drive to the stoke branch to sign in person. I was told to ring the stoke branch to confirm they had recieved the relevant paper work..... after 12 attempts to get stoke to answer the phone I gave up and drove to the branch only to find that stoke staff knew nothing about my visit to sign documents.
After signing all relevant paperwork I asked for conformation on delivery of the vehicle from hull, only to be i formed it was in repair after being damaged at the other site and this would delay delivery for another 4 days from the monday to the Friday. Unhappy as I was to find out the car had been involved in some kind of accident I agreed to the new collection date.
On the Thursday of that week I tried without success to call stoke on 20 occasions NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I was forced to ring national sales number option 1 and ask them to email stoke and fi d out if the vehicle had arrived at stoke as previously agreed ready for collection the next day at 12.30pm.
I finally got a call back at 17.30 in the evening to say the had not yet left hull and wouldn't arive at stoke u till late in the afternoon.
This new was to say the least very annoying as I had book a day's annual leave from work to collect the vehicle and due to the fact it is an EV it wouldn't have enough charge for me to drive home so they told me if I wanted a full charge collection would have to be Saturday at 11.30.
This date was unsuitable to me as I had work commitments.
Again I tried to call the stoke branch at least 11 times without any answer...... NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE.
I did collect the vehicle n the manday a week after the originall collection date. I can say I am pleased with the car but i do have a couple of issues....... 1 being no service history Book / stamps in the vehicle and 2 being all original car mats have been removed from a car that is just over 12 months old...... I can get replacements from the main dealer at a cost of almost 200 pound...... not happy at all with car supermarket and would never use again.
Good vehicle but absolutely awful service from stoke branch......... ANSWER YOUR PHONES.
