My experience at CarSupermarket.com Sheffield could have been better if they didnt sell me a car that wansnt fit for purpose and had multiple issues!! It still in the garage because its taken 1 week to get approval from my warranty when it was returned within 24 hours! Absolute joke this place. You had 2 weeks before i collected the car and it was still given to me in a poor condition! Im thinking of returning the car and getting my money back and going elsewhere!!
My experience at CarSupermarket.com Sheffield was cracking because from start to finish the staff, Ian bates & manager were very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They didn’t rush or push us and made sure we understood everything. They took time with us and we felt really valued. We are so happy with our new car and would highly recommend the Sheffield store.
Great service from Ian Bates. Very helpful, patient and took us through the whole process of buying the car. We were able to have the car moved from another branch. This was very helpful as we were struggling to find a dealer that offered this service.
