I'd recommend CarSupermarket.com Hessle because Jonathan was very helpful and friendly, even though we hit some bumps in the finance application process JOnathan was very efficient and worked hard to ensure we could complete our sale as soon as possible with no hassle.

I would not recommend CarSupermarket.com Hessle because when collecting my car and drove of the engine light came on to which then because it was near closing time so it couldn’t be dealt with there and then I had to get the car home and car supermarket then came to collect it a day later to then be waiting six days for them to get a part and repair it! Not what you want when collect your new car!

Smooth process , but only had the car 2 days and the buttons for the windows have stopped working. Contacted them and they are ordering parts & are going to fix it, which is good but not great after 2 days off having the car. Let’s hope this is the first & last issue I have

CarSupermarket.com Hessle were great because I was looked after from start to finish. Jacob was extremely helpful throughout. Even called me the day after I collected the car to see how I was getting on with it. He was helpful with the added extras the dealership sold but was wasn't pushy in trying to sell them like some other dealers would be. However I did end up buying the extras. I would definitely go there again and ask to be dealt with by Jacob. Overall a brilliant experience
