The lady who took my order online was very nice and helpful. The gent from Birmingham dealer was also helpful. When I asked about the warranty he got in touch with the right department for me which was nice. Both of the above people were trying pretty hard to push various extras but I suppose that's expected upselling. Warranty uses local garage which is much better than some others who always use associated garages. Overall pretty good so far
