My experience at CUPRA Cardiff was memorable because ours was not a straight forward purchase, we changed our minds several times until we got the right spec and through it all Tom was excellent. Tom was new at the agency but worked hard and when we collected the car it was clear his feet were under the table and he had settled in.
We did not have much contact with other staff but when we did they were more than helpful. The car is everything we expected and we look forward to using white dove for many years to come.
