CUPRA Cardiff Alex has been excellent with my partner and her mobility car experience, any issues and he has been more than happy to help and always made us feel welcome and comfortable. During one of our visits I had mentioned I would be coming to them for my next car. He told us about the brilliant offers cupra had available and explained all the great features that the cars had. I was sold so asked what was available and had my formenter within the week no problems from start of application to hand over. Just on his service alone I’d always come back to cupra. Plus the car he recommended to me suits all my needs and some. Absolutely excellent service
