I was happy with the service at CUPRA Oldham because they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Karl at the Oldham branch was looking after the deal and if he wasn't available then Rachel would get involved if I needed to make contact with the dealership.
The after sales experience has been good so far making sure I'm happy with the vehicle etc.
This is the second time I have dealt with lewis at CUPRA Oldham and both times have been smooth experiences. I will always recommend him and CUPRA Oldham to anyone wanting a new car.
I'd endorse CUPRA Oldham because, Lewis the sales representative did not pressure sell, he told me everything I need to know and answer all my questions.
They are friendly, easy to find, with good options to buy and plenty of cars to choose from.

I'd recommend CUPRA Oldham because they provided an excellent service from beginning to end. The sales staff I dealt with were attentive, polite and, most importantly, transparent and honest about what they could and couldn't do to help me secure the right car. Enquiries, either online, phone or in person were dealt with promptly. All preparation work that I requested on my new (used) vehicle was agreed and done to a high standard. The handover and transfer process was pretty much all completed by the sales staff who went the extra mile in ensuring I was happy with my vehicle, meaning that all I really had to do was turn up, pay and drive away. I left feeling I had got a good deal and been well looked after as a customer, with the peace of mind of a Cupra used approved vehicle. I am not one to often write reviews but in this instance I feel that praise should be given where it is due. Thank you.
