I had a great experience at Bristol Street Motors Skoda Darlington because although the trend seems to be pushing toward electric or automatic cars, we were given all the assistance and support to get a car I wanted. That was manual diesel estate. They looked high and low and eventually found me one that was ok. with all the specs I wanted.
they are very good at what they do and are cheerful and polite into the bargain. nothing was too much trouble.

My experience at Bristol Street Motors Skoda Darlington could have been better if the paint work issues promised had been done before the vehicle was delivered so avoiding the hassle that followed in getting it sorted through head office, head office where great to deal with but the sales team at Darlington not so much. The car was delivered dirty and the paint corrections not done but most of all the salesman tried to get me away from the car so I wouldn't notice and then becomes my issue to deal with thus spoiling my new (used) car experience. head office have now authorised the paint to be done at a garage of my choice so I'm happier with that but I'm still awaiting the full service history for the car as promised over a month ago.
