My experience at Bob Davies Car Sales was cracking because there was no pressure when viewing the car, we were left alone to inspect the vehicle
We were also left alone to test drive it and told to take as much time as we need.
There was no pestering or pressure to buy once test driven.
There was a couple of marks on the car which they got touched up before I collected the vehicle and you can’t tell they were there
Over all I’m very happy with the my purchase and would definitely buy another car from them in the future
My experience at Bob Davies Car Sales was positive because the staff were very friendly and patient, this being key for me as I felt like I'd been to every car sales place in a 50 mile radius , and felt very deflated. Craig was relaxed and chatted to us to find my need and wants without adding pressure. After being in a recent car crash I was quite overwhelmed with trying to find a new car as I loved the car I had.
After spending some time looking around and shedding a tear or two I sat down on one of the outside benches, Craig sat with us for a chat which was relaxed, helpful and again patient as I really had no idea what kind of car I wanted, only that I had a certain budget.
I mentioned a few cars there and was offered a test drive, I took one of them for a run and asked many questions on return.
Craig answered all my queries with ease and gave extra piece of mind which gave me confidence in them as a business. I had already seen their reviews on line, but after now purchasing a car from them I can really see why they've got such positive reviews. Highly recommend
