The experience at Blackburn Audi was fantastic because neil went above and beyond on my requests for making sure the car was serviced before purchase, it was a very smooth transaction and wasn't pressured into buying extras like most dealers. Emilia was doing the handover and was absolutely brilliant making sure my mobile was all set up with the new car before we set off home on a 2hr drive. One thing I will mention is they was some cosmetic defects on the vehicle what wasn't described to us in a personal video and I did request a thorough description as i was travelling far, when I pointed these out they didn't shy away and discounted the cost of the repairs as we wanted to drive home that day.
I'd suggest Blackburn Audi to a friend because Saj treats you like a friend, as opposed to me feeling that I’m just a business transaction. He demonstrated lots of patience whilst I decided which car to purchase, and provided balanced responses to my queries. I never felt pressured into purchasing any particular vehicle and was left to make my own choices. Emilia was also very professional and personable during the handover process.
I’ve purchased a few cars now from Audi Blackburn and have never had any issues whatsoever with the staff or vehicles.
