I can't say enough good things about the team at Blackburn Audi! The whole experience was brilliant thanks to their super friendly and personal approach. Unlike other dealerships where you feel cornered the second you walk in, there wasn't an ounce of pressure here. Nick was genuinely happy to listen to what I was looking for and went out of his way to sort everything out to suit my needs. If you want great service without the pushy sales pitch, I’d definitely tell anyone to head over to Blackburn Audi.

My experience at Blackburn Audi was memorable because the sales person Louis Harper was great to deal with from the moment I rang up enquiry about a pre owned Audi Q3 black edition 40 tfsi Quattro 73 plate right through to the day I drove it away. He was very easy to talk to and explained all about the vehicle and its controls. The car was beautifully presented. Highly recommend Louis 5*
I was pleased with Blackburn Audi and would recommend them because they treated us incredibly well, and everyone at Audi was really friendly and were able to answer any questions we had. Made the purchase very easy and we left with the perfect car for us.
I would not recommend Blackburn Audi because staff did not contact when they said they would and did not process a cashback or contact Ohme for my free home charger. I had chase Blackburn Audi to get them to finally complete the sale process. They are excellent right up to the point the contracts are signed.
