I would not recommend Birchwood Kia Chichester because the vehicle was not prepared in good time and even after examination by trained staff a knocking was discovered coming from the front of the car
I was happy with the service at Birchwood Kia Chichester because the service received was excellent from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. I never felt pushed or like a hard sale was happening which typically would push me away from buying from there. Opportunity for a good test drive enabled me to really get the feel for the car which was great. The pre delivery service was excellent and the car was brought up to an extremely high standard. Both staff members were friendly, approachable and relaxed. I never felt like I was thought less of for not buying the most expensive car on the forecourt which has been the case with some dealers previously. Brilliant service from start to finish and wouldnt hesitate to go back there for our next car or to recommend to family and friends. Thank you!
Birchwood ( Sam) was patient and kind. He explained everything to me in great detail, was courteous and kind . I was fortunate to find the car I wanted immediately, so Sam made sure the car was ready to collect the following weekend. My Citroen is fabulous ,and I am in love with my latest car!! Drives like a dream.
