I would recommend Benfield Toyota Wakefield because you receive a great service.

I would not recommend Benfield Toyota Wakefield because Having just received my registration certificate it has the wrong name on it! Although the surname is correct my first name was listed as Janet when my name is Rachel. I believe this was because Ian Smith, the man I dealt with, was rather forgetful & said a reminded him of a relative, who I believe was called Janet! I'll now have to deal with the DVLA to rectify this

I would recommend Benfield Toyota Wakefield because of the exceptional experience from walking around the car park to collection of the vehicle, if only all car buying experiences were this enjoyable.

I would recommend Benfield Toyota Wakefield because they have moved on a lot in terms of customer service. My only criticism is that, while I appreciate that customer service is important, there is a constant barrage of letters and emails about giving feedback. Just a bit too much.

I would recommend Benfield Toyota Wakefield because the sales team helped to source/find a vehicle coming in that was within my budget without being too pushy (as sales people can often be). The pace of the whole procedure suited me fine as I personally find any sort of change a challenge!
