My experience at Baylis Vauxhall Hereford could have been better because I feel I have been lied to about the washer being replaced. There is no washer fluid coming out the back window. & the headlights are all fogged up, couple of knocking noises, never had a single issue with the part exchange I handed in, now I’m given a car which has some problems. In regards to 3 month warranty, I had to chase them to get the certificate sent over, and after reading the T&C’s of the warranty, any work that needs doing in 3 months, I’d have to pay out my own pocket and send the claim over to warranty company. What if they don’t pay? Due to the dealership’s lying about the vehicle. This dealership is 3 hours away from me so travelling there isn’t an option, and the nearest Baylis is over a hour or more. Not happy with this purchase
