I have bought cars from baylis cheltenham in the past we find them very efficient, courteous, and committed to making sure I was satisfied with my purchase

I was pleased with Baylis Vauxhall Cheltenham and would recommend them because custumer service was excellent. They explained everything in details. I have got answers for all my questions.

Baylis Vauxhall Cheltenham were first class. The sales person, Leila, was very personable, efficient, knowledgeable without being pushy. She listened and reacted appropriately.

My experience at Baylis Vauxhall Cheltenham could have been better because during my test drive an engine management light came on. No one contacted me to explain that my vehicle wouldn't be ready on the day arranged for pick up, also I had to chase up the cause of the fault disappointingly no one had an answer except to say they had cleared a code. I picked up my car 1 week later than expected. Three days after picking up my new vehicle the engine management light came back on, the car has now been in the garage since 28/11/24. No call initially to give me an update, my son in law called them to be told the catalytic converter needed replacing and a new battery was also needed, this explained why the stop/start wouldn't work. To say I'm disappointed is an under statement as I don't feel the initial engine management problem had been dealt with thoroughly. I have also now paid a full month's tax 1 week before the end of the month for a vehicle that is in the garage until further notice as there is no delivery date for the catalytic convertor as yet.
The garage are now updating me but I feel this is only due to my son in law calling to say the after sales service was not good enough.
