Bassetts Honda Bridgend

I would not recommend Bassetts Honda Bridgend because the car I travelled 400miles for had 4 error lights on the dash that still isn't sorted and I've had the car more than a month I believe this is because they couldn't claim warranty as a dealership/cost of the repair to make car fit for purpose!

My experience at Bassetts Honda Bridgend was memorable because of friendly staff especially the sales man Neil, no hard sales,clean environment ,also offered refreshments.

I'd recommend Bassetts Honda Bridgend because the service is exceptional. Neil Pritchard, whom we dealt with was fantastic. He took so much time and effort to ensure everything was dealt with thoroughly and to find the car of my choice. Thoroughly recommend
